TASKS OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

The main tasks of the Group Management Team are:

1. consideration of strategic and annual plans,

2. business and financial control; and

3. consideration of investments, acquisitions, and plans to expand or reduce that are significant to the Group.

REMUNERATION OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Board of Directors defines the principles of remuneration and incentive schemes for other management, as well as the allocations of option schemes. Goal setting is based on the company’s performance, sales goals, customer satisfaction, staff development, and some personal quality goals.
