Arto has worked at Trainers’ House since 2009 and has been the CEO since 2013. Arto has got over 25 years of experience in leadership and he has been a CEO or responsible for P&L for over 15 years in different industries. In change projects Arto trains boards of directors, management teams, superiors and also leads strategical processes. Arto is from a village called Pöljä (translated; dummy) in Siilinjärvi. He has a degree in law and he is also an executive MBA. In leisure time Arto is a passionate hunter and fisherman.
